Crossrail is one of the largest construction projects in Europe at the present time and a new station is being built at Canary Wharf. As part of London Open House weekend the construction site was opened in September 2014.
The men’s marathon was run on a very different circuit from the annual London marathon and involved three eight mile laps and a two mile finish, hence it was difficult to find good angles given the very large crowd of spectators. All of the shot were taken in Eastcheap.
