“The drinks photos are very atmospheric and rather lovely and audience ones really great. Just received the B&W versions and they are even nicer! Fantastic – just what we wanted. So good to have professional images – we will use these a lot!”

Who Could Have Thought it Would Happen to Stratford?

Stratford, who could have thought it?

River Lea, Walthamstow, Leyton, Hackney Marshes, Wild Grasses, Hay Fever, Trainspotting, Football, Cricket, Courting.  Canals, Towpaths, Cycling, Picnicking; Children, Families, Grandparents laughing together.
Never imagined this could happen in my backyard. I am still playing on the marshes, this time in the Olympic Opening Ceremony.

2012 Olympic Mens Marathon

The men’s marathon was run on a very different circuit from the annual London marathon and involved three eight mile laps and a two mile finish, hence it was difficult to find good angles given the very large crowd of spectators.  All of the shot were taken in Eastcheap.

2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony – Stars of the Show

We rehearsed for more than 150 hours over three months in the wind and the rain but every minute was worth it.  The technical rehearsals were amazing and on the night while the world stood still, other planets may have watched.
